Hi, I’m Mike, a New Jersey native, owner of MD Technical Advising. I worked electronic warfare defense for 10 years, where advanced technology is king, but nobody made it simple to manufacture or understand. That’s where I come in. I use my full product lifecycle experience from creating proposals design, to product testing, manufacturing and scaling from prototype to production, to creating quality plans for repeatable processes to evaluate the potential of a technology.
One thing I learned in my career is there is a big picture most do not see, how each element of a project feeds into the next to create a breakthrough technology, and the biggest hiccups, competitive edge and scalability. New technologies and copy-cats come out at an incredible rate, but what gives them an edge is usually manufacturing techniques. Can a company avoid bottlenecks, create an innovative technology reliably, and reach the intended market. I look at all those factors and more to create a detailed vision of the risks for investors and provide insight to improve manufacturing capabilities within an organization.
